ppbStart you career in Procurement ! /b /ppbJoin us through an exciting VIE as a Junior Plant Procurement Manager, based in Napoli, Italy ! /b /ppYou will support the Senior Plant Procurement Manager by contributing to procurement performance, supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives while acting as a key support to the plant organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Performance Productivity Support /h3ulliSupport the Senior PPM in monitoring material productivity and cost evolution (CSC). /liliContribute to tracking savings pipeline and supporting implementation of productivity actions. /liliAssist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for procurement performance. /liliSupport preparation of reviews (QBR, monthly performance meetings). /li /ulh3Supplier Performance Business Continuity /h3ulliSupport Supplier Performance Management activities (quality, delivery, service levels). /liliHelp organize and prepare Supplier Performance Meetings (SUPMAN). /liliFollow up on supplier issues and escalation tracking. /liliContribute to risk monitoring and mitigation actions (quality logistics). /li /ulh3Plant Procurement Processes /h3ulliSupport deployment of Procurement strategy and Plant APOP. /liliAssist in data consolidation and reporting for procurement tools (e.g., savings tracking tools). /liliContribute to supplier database updates and documentation compliance. /li /ulh3Cross-functional Support /h3ulliWork closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams. /liliSupport Senior PPM in coordination with Category Managers and other stakeholders. /liliContribute to cluster-level reporting and KPI tracking. /liliSupport harmonization of procurement practices across plants. /liliParticipate in transversal projects (digitalization, process improvement, sustainability). /liliShare best practices and lessons learned across the cluster.
