Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the project from the time it officially begins until the installation of the machinery on the customer site. You will ensure the project results meet technical, quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements. /p pThe project manager's main responsibilities are: /p ul liPlanning, monitoring and managing G.D projects: ensuring results meet requirements in terms of technology, quality, reliability, schedule and cost; /li liEnsuring the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments,
to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers; /li liMonitoring performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs; /li liEnsuring adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liMaster's degree in engineering, preferably in Management; /li liProven and solid experience of at least 4 years in Project Management in a structured and matrix organization; /li liExperience in tracking and monitoring projects' budgets and assessing risk management; /li liFluency in English (B2/C1); /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Microsoft Project); /li liNegotiation skills and ability to manage conflicts; /li liDecision-making and problem-solving attitude; /li liExcellent presentation capacities; /li liWillingness to travel up to 30%. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience.
