About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth work and internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
- Assist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.
- Assist with market benchmarking and research on potential prospects,
preparing background briefs and use-cases .
What We're Looking For
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable role requiring coordination across teams;
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management Engineering or a related quantitative field;
- A working understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions fit together within a company, and the ability to learn an unfamiliar domain quickly;
- Comfortable stepping into an existing workstream, keeping it running smoothly, and taking ownership over time;
- Fluent written and spoken English , with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.
Premio Points
- Prior exposure to ISO standards or certification processes is a plus;
- Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting, whether academic or professional;
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets;
- Genuine curiosity for financial markets , alternative data, or quantitative research;
- Working proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
