Japanese Speaking Human Resources (HR) OfficerJob Type: Full-time*We are only seeking candidates who can work long-term.Working HoursFive working days per week (total of 40 hours)Actual working hours are negotiableTraining providedLanguage RequirementsJapanese: Fluent levelEnglish: Business levelJob DescriptionResponsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist in performance management processesArrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs.Assist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.Work LocationFully remote (work from home)A stable internet connection is requiredFor security reasons,
