To complete the Front Office Team we are currently looking for a:

Front Office Agent

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including covering night shifts twice a week as a substitute for the Night Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle front desk operations during rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts occasionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain operational efficiency.
- Process payments, manage reservations,



and handle any special requests with attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a front office or similar hospitality role, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional presentation and a passion for delivering luxury service experiences.
