We are looking for a Project Manager Business Project Portfolio to join our Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).
MISSION
In this role you will be responsible for framing, planning, and executing business projects based on customer requests and business priorities, ensuring the achievement of project timelines, profitability, and quality targets while fostering innovation and adaptability. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, lead high-impact initiatives,
and contribute to shaping the future product pipeline and business outcomes of I&A.;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Initiating
- Define the project scope together with the team and prepare the project charter to align everyone with the main objectives.
- Form the project team in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Identify both internal and external stakeholders and establish an effective communication management plan.
Project Planning
- Identify potential risks and develop an appropriate risk mitigation plan.
- Support cost evaluation and the preparation of the capital budgeting model (Project Sustainability Analysis).
- Develop the project schedule and effectively communicate it to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide top management with an overview of the project's key risks and opportunities during the Gate Review.
