We are seeking a professional to manage M&A; projects, including acquisitions and divestments, with a comprehensive approach to project coordination (both internal and external). The role typically involves projects of an international scope and supports decision-making at senior management,
Investment Committee, and Board of Directors levels.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate M&A; projects nationally and internationally, from scouting to execution and completion.
- Oversee the execution of Due Diligence (DD) processes across financial, legal, tax, accounting, and technical aspects.
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A; opportunities, in line with Mundys long term strategy.
- Drive financial Due Diligence with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial drivers.
- Participate in and challenge legal, commercial, and technical DD analyses.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Asset Management) throughout project phases.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investment banks and partners (equity and debt).
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management, shareholders, and committees, summarizing key insights to
