pbRDM Group /b is looking for ab IT Application Analyst /b to join the bIT Digital Team /b based in bMilan, Italy /b. /ppbr/ppThe IT Application Analyst supports the banalysis of business processes /b and the collection of functional requirements,b contributing to the implementation and continuous evolution of RDM Group's IT solutions /b. The role acts as a bbridge between business functions and IT /b, supporting digital transformation initiatives and the badoption of Artificial Intelligence /b solutions across the organization. /ppbr/ppWorking closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and IT teams, the Junior IT Business Analyst helps improve operational efficiency, boptimize business processes /b and support the Group's innovation roadmap. /ppbr/ppbReports To: /b IT Application Manager /ppbr/ppbKey Accountabilities /b /pulliSupport the collection and analysis of business requirements through interviews, workshops and collaboration with key stakeholders. /liliAnalyse and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify optimization opportunities. /liliCollaborate in bdesigning IT solutions aligned with business needs /b and company objectives. /liliPrepare functional documentation including business requirements, use cases, specifications and test cases. /lilibSupport User Acceptance Testing /b(UAT) activities and solution validation phases. /liliMonitor, analyse and manage change requests and continuous improvement initiatives. /lilibSupport end-user training and adoption activities. /b /liliCollaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors throughout project lifecycles. /liliContribute to the development, customization and maintenance of applications within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. /liliSupport the bdesign,
development and governance of Artificial Intelligence solutions /b and AI agents to enhance business processes. /liliIdentify AI-driven use cases and opportunities to increase efficiency and innovation across the organization. /liliProvide operational support to business users on IT-related topics when required. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pullibBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems /b or related fields; /lili1–2 years of experience (including internships) in IT, business analysis, consulting or process improvement activities. /liliEnglish: Good written and spoken communication skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechinical skill /b /pullibBasic understanding of business processes /b, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments. /liliKnowledge of business process analysis and process modelling methodologies. /liliBasic knowledge of bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 /b (Finance Operations) or similar ERP platforms. /liliBasic programming skills. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. /liliFamiliarity with project management methodologies is considered a plus. /liliFamiliarity with bMicrosoft Power Platform /b (Power Automate, Power Apps) is considered a plus. /lilibUnderstanding of core AI concepts /b, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI and Large Language Models.
