Your main focus will be automated guided vehicles, complex conveyors and automated decking systems. /ppbr / /ppYou will work closely with the whole Sales team, Product Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management and our international Dürr entities. /ppbr / /ppYour key responsibilities will include: /ppbr / /pulliAnalyze customer requests, technical specifications, layouts and production requirements. /liliDevelop complete technical concepts for AGV, AMR, marriage, decking, conveyor and material-handling applications. /liliDefine system architecture, operating principles, equipment selection, interfaces and technical boundaries. /liliPrepare preliminary layouts, process descriptions, cycle-time concepts and technical solution documentation. /liliTranslate customer requirements into clear scopes of supply, technical assumptions, exclusions and clarification lists. /liliPrepare and coordinate technical proposal packages from initial concept through final quotation.
/liliSupport the preparation and review of calculations, technical risks and opportunities. /liliChallenge proposed solutions regarding functionality, standardization, cost, delivery time, maintainability and project risk. /liliIdentify deviations from standard products and initiate the required technical reviews and approvals. /liliSupport technical customer meetings, concept presentations and clarification workshops. /liliDevelop and maintain reusable solution modules, calculation principles, technical templates, checklists and proposal standards. /liliCapture lessons learned from quotations and projects and convert them into improved application engineering standards. /liliBuild up local technical know-how in Beinasco and support knowledge transfer within the international organization. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYOUR PROFILE /strong /ppbr / /pulliDegree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification. /liliSeveral years of experience in application engineering, solution engineering, proposal engineering, technical sales or project engineering. /liliPractical experience with at least one of the following areas:
/li /ulp -Automated Guided Vehicles or Autonomous Mobile Robots /pp -Marriage or decking systems /pp -Automotive final assembly systems /pp -Conveyor and material-handling technology /pp -Automated production and intralogistics systems /pulliAbility to understand production processes and convert customer requirements into feasible technical solutions. /liliGood understanding of mechanical equipment, automation concepts, safety requirements and system interfaces. /liliExperience in preparing technical proposals, scopes of supply, layouts, calculations or cost estimates. /liliStrong analytical and structured working style. /liliCommercial awareness and the ability to balance technical quality, cost, schedule and risk. /liliAbility to independently coordinate technical work packages and drive open topics to closure. /liliStrong communication skills and confidence in working with customers and international teams. /liliFluent English and Italian.
