pstrongSorting Operations Manager – Process Safety /strong /ppstrongWhat You#39;ll Do /strong /pulliResponsible for building full‑process sorting operation standards and end‑to‑end on‑site safety control. Optimize sorting workflows and operational efficiency, identify and resolve on‑site safety risks to ensure efficient, smooth, safe and compliant sorting operations. /liliOperation Process Management Develop and update SOPs for full sorting procedures including receiving, feeding, scanning, sorting, bagging and dispatching. Optimize process hand‑offs. Improve on‑site execution, correct non‑standard operations and resolve process bottlenecks. /liliOn‑site Safety Control Implement safety rules covering equipment operation, cargo handling, electrical fire safety, labor protection and working environment. Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard checks, maintain risk records and push closed‑loop rectification. Stop unsafe operations to prevent safety incidents. /liliOptimization Improvement Collect data of sorting efficiency, process gaps and safety hazards, and analyze root causes for bottlenecks and risks. Lead optimization projects for efficiency upgrade, process simplification and hazard remediation. Verify results and roll out proven practices.



/liliEmergency Incident Handling Formulate safety emergency plans and process exception response plans. Organize safety drills. Respond to emergencies such as safety incidents and process breakdowns, conduct cause investigation and submit follow‑up reports. /liliCross‑department Collaboration On‑site Enablement Coordinate with upstream receiving and downstream dispatching/transport teams to fix process gaps and boost cross‑process efficiency. Deliver process training and safety awareness sessions for front‑line staff. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAbout You /strong /pulliIndustry Experience: 5+ years /liliPosition Experience: 3+ years /liliEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above /liliLanguage: Proficient in Chinese and English /liliProfessional Skills: Experienced in full-process sorting operation management and on-site safety control. Familiar with sorting operation standards and on-site safety management specifications. Experience in sorting efficiency improvement and safety hazard rectification is preferred. Proficient in WCS sorting system and on-site equipment operation logic. Capable of cross-link and cross-department collaboration, and able to independently handle on-site sudden safety and process exceptions. /li /ul
