Join our global team to help drive strategic customer data initiatives. /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation: /strong Hybrid / Remote /ppstrongDuration: /strong 6–12 months (flexible based on university requirements) /ppstrongDepartment: /strong Customer Management / CRM /ppstrongReporting To: /strong Global Head of Customer Management /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr / /ppWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Data CRM Support Intern to support a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the quality, accuracy, and completeness of information within our CRM ecosystem. /ppbr / /ppIn this role, you will work closely with Sales teams and Customer Management stakeholders to gather, validate, and maintain customer information, ensuring that key data is accurately captured and made available for business insights and strategic CRM activities. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongCustomer Data Collection: /strong /pulliConduct structured interviews and follow-up discussions with Sales Representatives to gather key account information. /liliCollaborate with commercial teams to understand available customer insights and identify missing data points. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongData Validation Quality Management: /strong /pulliConsolidate customer information collected from multiple business sources. /liliReview, validate, and verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry into company systems. /liliIdentify inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information and coordinate corrective actions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCRM Data Entry Maintenance: /strong /pulliInput validated information into the CRM and related systems accurately. /liliEnsure data is recorded according to established governance and quality standards.
/liliSupport ongoing updates and continuous maintenance of customer records. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongReporting Continuous Improvement: /strong /pulliTrack progress of data collection activities and provide regular status updates to leadership. /liliSupport the Customer Management team in analyzing data completeness and quality trends. /liliContribute creative ideas to improve data collection processes and user adoption. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Required /strong /pulliCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field. /liliEnrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship. /liliResident of Italy with a valid tax code (emCodice Fiscale /em).
