pAdecco Consultant Milano is recruiting, on behalf of an international architecture and integrated design firm, a bSenior Site Architect / Construction Manager /b to support complex large-scale projects, with a focus on data centers, industrial facilities and oil gas. /ppThe selected candidate will be involved in the construction phase, ensuring alignment between design intent, technical documentation, quality standards, client requirements and site execution. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliSupervise site activities and support construction management activities; /liliVerify that works are executed in line with drawings, specifications, BoQ and project standards; /liliInterface with General Contractors, design teams, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders; /liliMonitor work progress, quality, technical issues and construction-related risks; /liliManage RFIs, technical queries, variations, non-conformities and site reporting; /liliCoordinate architectural aspects with structural and MEP disciplines; /liliParticipate in site meetings and support technical problem solving during construction. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pulliDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or similar; /liliSolid experience as an Architect, Engineer, Site Engineer,
