ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /ppAs a bStock Controller /b you will report to the Concession Manager and Boutique Manager and oversee the Stock processes for the business. /ppYou will assist and monitor in-going and out-going stock, plan deliveries and seasonal changes to the stockroom as well as perform stock takes and investigate discrepancies. You will partner closely with the business, building strong working relationships. You will communicate stock issues or concerns to head office and will take an active role in training staff on stock control. /ppbKey Responsibilities of the role: /b /pulliManage all stock areas to ensure effective stock control, for example: handling deliveries, transfers, stock takes and in store events /liliManage and perform a weekly cycle count for stock within the Boutique and the Department Store /liliMeticulous and timely management of faulty/returned stock within the concession/boutique, escalating issues or concerns, where necessary /liliAssist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor /liliAssist with all receiving/shipping and inventory related paperwork /liliManaging the Inventory process to the highest possible standards /liliLiaising with our internal Regional Stock Coordinator to ensure seamless stock performance at all times /li /ulpThe salary range for this position is 30.000 euro - 32.000 euro per annum /ppbSkills and Requirements: /b /ppbHard skills /b: /pulliProven experience in a luxury retail or service environment /liliSubstantial, proven experience in stock handling /liliProficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel /li /ulpbSoft skills: /b /pulliAttention to detail /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to build effective working relationships /liliExtremely organised,
