As part of an ambitious phase of growth and transformation, we are strengthening our Milan team and looking for a Digital E-Commerce Executive – Mandarin/ Chinese Speaker ( mandatory ) to support the development of our digital business and the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce activities within an international and cross-cultural environment. /ph3The Role /h3pThe Digital E-Commerce Executive will support the management and development of the brand’s digital sales channels, with a particular focus on the official e-commerce website, marketplaces and TikTok Shop . This is a hands‑on role combining e-commerce operations, digital marketing and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with our Milan-based functions, external partners and international teams, supporting the execution of digital initiatives and facilitating effective communication with our Headquarters in China. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the day-to-day management and update of the e-commerce website, including product catalogue, content, pricing, promotions and commercial activations /liliSupport the development and operational management of marketplaces and TikTok Shop /liliExecute and coordinate online product launches, promotional activities and digital commercial campaigns /liliMonitor website and e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, sales and key digital KPIs /liliSupport performance marketing activities across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms /liliContribute to CRM, email marketing, customer retention and database development activities /liliCoordinate day-to-day activities with external agencies and digital partners,
ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met /liliCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and international teams to support a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints /liliSupport communication and coordination between the Italian team and Headquarters in China on digital and e-commerce projects /liliPrepare regular reports and analyses on digital and e-commerce performance /liliIdentify opportunities to improve online visibility, customer experience and conversion /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli1–3 years of experience in Digital, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or similar roles /liliHands‑on experience with e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels /liliGood understanding of marketplaces, social commerce and the main digital marketing platforms /liliFamiliarity with digital analytics, performance marketing and e-commerce KPIs /liliStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data /liliExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines /liliProactive, hands‑on and execution‑oriented approach /liliFluent Mandarin/Chinese is mandatory /liliFluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory /liliFluent Italian, both written and spoken, is mandatory /liliPrevious experience within the beauty industry, particularly makeup, skincare or fragrance, will be considered a strong plus /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pThe opportunity to join an international beauty company at an exciting stage of growth and transformation, working in a truly cross-cultural environment and gaining hands‑on experience across different areas of digital commerce.
