Experteer OverviewIn this role you partner with the sales organization to deploy sales processes and analytics, driving commercial excellence across the assigned region. You will optimize CRM usage, monitor KPIs, and lead training through the Commercial Academy to raise knowledge and skills. You work closely with business leaders to improve sales effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement. The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop managerial and technical capabilities and to collaborate across cultures.

- Support Sales Business Partners with advice to boost sales effectiveness
- Implement and enhance CRM usage
- Monitor sales KPIs and derive insights to drive actions
- Map processes, identify gaps, and define recovery plans
- Define improvement actions and roadmaps
- Coordinate local training and coaching on sales, products,



and solutions
- Ensure periodic measurements to identify deviations and drive improvements

Responsabilità
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English
- Experience: 3 years in structured multinational environments or consulting; sales experience or knowledge of sales processes
- Strong communication xysqume and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated with proactive attitude
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational context
- CRM tools expertise (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Knowledge of sales processes and data analysis
