The consultant ensures that proposed solutions meet contractual and technical requirements, oversees the VV process, manages Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Non-Conformances (NCs), and contributes to project planning and coordination. The role combines deep technical understanding with system-level oversight and stakeholder management. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pbClient Support Technical Supervision /b /p ul liSupport the client in assessing design solutions and ensuring compliance with mission and contractual requirements. /li liReview and validate engineering documentation, analyses, and verification plans from contractors or suppliers. /li /ul pbProject Planning Coordination /b /p ul liContribute to the definition and tracking of system development schedules and milestones. /li liCoordinate between client, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. /li /ul pbVerification, Validation Quality Oversight /b /p ul liSupervise the VV process to ensure traceability and completeness of testing activities. /li liManage ECPs, Non-Conformances, and deviations to ensure appropriate corrective actions. /li liSupport test readiness reviews, design reviews, and acceptance reviews.



/li /ul pbRisk Performance Management /b /p ul liIdentify programmatic and technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor follow-up actions. /li liProvide independent assessments of system performance and compliance status. /li /ul pbReporting Documentation /b /p ul liPrepare technical reports, risk assessments, and decision summaries for client review. /li liEnsure proper documentation of all system engineering and quality assurance activities. /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul li3-5 years of professional experience in fields related to complex systems projects and development, preferably in oversight or consultancy roles. /li liUnderstanding of contract management, ECP/NC handling, and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). /li liFamiliarity with industrial standards, project lifecycle, and configuration control processes. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to interface effectively with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. /li liStrategic thinking and decision‑making under time and cost constraints. /li liExcellent organizational and leadership capabilities. /li /ul p#LI-FT1 /p ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results,
