Its Transformation & Value Creation practice is one of the firm's fastest growing and most strategic business areas, reflecting a significant investment in expanding its capabilities and consolidating its market position. Operating at the intersection of M&A;, business transformation, turnaround and performance improvement, the practice supports clients across the entire deal lifecycle, from pre-deal assessment and due diligence through post-deal integration, synergy realization and value creation implementation.
In response to the rapid increase of client demand and the high-profile engagements pipeline, the firm is making a significant strategic investment in further developing the practice. As part of this strategic expansion,
several Senior Consultants and Managers will join the team, reinforcing the firm's long-term commitment to strengthening its capabilities across strategic planning, business transformation, operational improvement, revenue growth and post-deal value creation.
Position – The role:
The role focuses on supporting clients in assessing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and executing initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, operational efficiency and overall value creation.
Depending on project requirements and individual expertise, assignments may involve:
- Revenue Growth initiatives, supporting the identification and implementation of value creation levers aimed at improving top-line performance through pricing optimization; product and portfolio positioning, go-to-market effectiveness, customer segmentation and commercial strategy enhancement.
