The role acts as a technical link between the Engineering home office, customers, project teams, and site personnel, supporting the successful deployment and operation of equipment at construction sites and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and field service activities. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEquipment Installation and Commissioning /strong /pulliPerform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems. /liliSupport the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems. /liliIdentify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAfter-Sales Technical Support /strong /pulliProvide technical assistance to customers and site teams during equipment operation. /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues. /liliAnalyse equipment failures and identify the root causes of technical problems. /liliRecommend and implement corrective actions and repairs. /liliSupport warranty-related technical investigations and interventions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSite Operations Support /strong /pulliMonitor equipment performance and identify potential technical problems before they lead to failures or downtime. /liliSupport equipment maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs. /liliAssist in the management of spare parts and technical materials required for field interventions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCustomer Training /strong /pulliSupport the training of customers and operators on the correct use, operation, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechnical Documentation and Reporting /strong /pulliPrepare commissioning reports, service reports, intervention reports, and technical documentation. /liliRecord technical issues, equipment failures, corrective actions, and maintenance activities. /liliProvide feedback to Engineering and Product Development teams regarding recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
/liliMaintain accurate records of equipment performance and field interventions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongContinuous Improvement /strong /pulliContribute to the identification of recurring technical issues and propose improvements to equipment design, reliability, and maintainability. /liliProvide practical feedback from construction sites to Engineering, Production, and After Sales teams. /liliSupport the development and improvement of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation. /liliContribute to lessons-learned activities following commissioning and field operations. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliAt least 4-5 years of work experience /liliTechnical high school diploma or engineering degree (core knowledge: Electromechanics) /liliTechnical expertise in machinery and equipment, preferably used in civil construction /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliGood English knowledge /liliKnowledge of HSE regulations and compliance /li /ulpbr / /ppPosition report to the head of engineering. Activities are mainly performed at our offices in Cargnacco (Udine), with occasional site missions at world wide level. /ppbr / /ppstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /ppAnnual base salary from 40,000€ to 50,000€ based on experience and qualifications.
