turning insights into clear actions. /li liBuild genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service. /li liBring the Flabelus story, values and collections to life through every customer interaction. /li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 ul liInspire, coach and support your team to perform at their best and grow within their roles. /li liCreate a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment where everyone feels involved and valued. /li liSet clear expectations, provide regular feedback and celebrate both individual and team achievements. /li liOrganise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly. /li liLead by example, bringing energy, ownership and the Flabelus spirit into the day-to-day. /li /ul h3Store Operations /h3 ul liEnsure the store is always beautifully presented, organised and aligned with Flabelus visual standards. /li liOversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation. /li liManage returns, exchanges and online orders, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. /li liGuarantee that internal processes, documentation and operational standards are followed consistently. /li liAnticipate challenges and solve them with a practical, proactive and positive mindset.



/li /ul h3Strategy Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with the Retail, Marketing and People teams to bring campaigns, launches and brand initiatives to life in store. /li liShare valuable insights from customers, the team and store performance to help improve the business. /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance sales, operations and the overall customer experience. /li liAct as a true ambassador of the Flabelus brand, connecting the store with the wider business and helping shape its growth. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 pWe're looking for people who: /p ul liPrevious experience in retail is appreciated, but not required.
