ppFor an bestablished Italian industrial company /b, characterized by a structured organization, complex manufacturing processes and a significant international presence, we are looking for a /p h3IT Manager /h3 pThe company operates in a technologically advanced manufacturing environment, where the reliability, security and efficiency of IT systems are key elements in ensuring business continuity and supporting organizational development. /p pThe position is part of a path of bconsolidation, optimization and progressive evolution of the company's IT environment /b and represents a key role in ensuring the reliability of the infrastructure, improving process efficiency and maintaining appropriate levels of security and business continuity. /p h3Position Purpose /h3 pReporting directly to senior management, the IT Manager will be responsible for the boverall management of the company's IT environment /b, ensuring the proper functioning, monitoring and evolution of systems and technological infrastructure. /p pThe position will oversee infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliability, security, business continuity and appropriate service levels, while effectively managing relationships with suppliers, technology partners and software providers. /p pThe role will also have a strong mandate for boptimization, efficiency and development of the IT environment /b, with particular focus on investment planning, budget management, cybersecurity and the introduction of solutions and processes supporting the company's evolution. /p h3Key Areas of Responsibility /h3 ul libOversee and coordinate the company's IT environment /b, ensuring the proper operation, monitoring and development of systems and infrastructure. /li libEnsure reliability, security and business continuity of IT systems /b, promptly identifying critical issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions. /li libManage Microsoft environments and Windows operating systems /b, ensuring proper maintenance, configuration and upgrades. /li libOversee Active Directory, identity management and permission structures /b, ensuring appropriate access and user profile management. /li libManage the networking infrastructure /b, with particular focus on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting activities. /li libOversee virtualization environments /b, particularly VMware and/or Hyper‑V, ensuring reliability, maintenance and appropriate management. /li libEnsure appropriate IT security /b, including patch management,



access control, risk management and the application of cybersecurity best practices. /li libManage software licenses, system agreements, contracts and relationships with IT suppliers /b, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency. /li libPlan and coordinate installations, upgrades, maintenance and support activities /b for local systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company standards. /li libPlan hardware and software requirements /b, taking into account organizational needs, technology lifecycle, priorities and available budgets. /li libPrepare and monitor the IT budget /b, contributing to investment planning and medium- to long-term financial requirements. /li libIdentify opportunities for IT optimization and improvement /b, proposing technological and organizational solutions aimed at increasing reliability, security and efficiency. /li libCollaborate with business functions /b, understanding their technological needs and translating them into practical, sustainable and business-oriented IT solutions. /li libCoordinate and monitor technology suppliers and partners /b, assessing performance, service quality, response times and compliance with contractual terms. /li libEnsure appropriate documentation of systems, configurations and IT processes /b, promoting standardization, traceability and operational continuity. /li libManage IT incidents and critical issues /b through structured root‑cause analysis, problem resolution and implementation of preventive and corrective actions. /li libContribute to the technological evolution of the organization /b, evaluating new solutions and technologies aligned with operational requirements and business objectives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liConsolidated experience in bIT roles /b, preferably gained within structured industrial and manufacturing companies. /li liProven experience in the bautonomous management of IT systems, infrastructure and services /b, with direct responsibility for their operation and development.



/li liStrong knowledge of bMicrosoft environments and Windows operating systems /b. /li liGood knowledge of bActive Directory, identity management, access control and permission structures /b. /li liSolid bnetworking skills /b, particularly TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting. /li liExperience with bVMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms /b. /li liPractical knowledge of bIT Security, patch management, risk management and access control /b.Experience managing bIT suppliers, software licenses, contracts and budgets /b. /li liExperience planning bhardware, software, installations and upgrades /b, with attention to technology lifecycle management. /li liDegree in bComputer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent disciplines /b; different educational backgrounds will be considered where supported by significant relevant experience. /li libFluent English /b, required to operate effectively in an international environment. /li liWillingness to undertake bnational and international business travel /b. /li /ul h3Personal Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liStrong orientation towards bcontinuous improvement and IT process optimization /b. /li liAbility to combine bstrategic vision with hands‑on operational approach /b, directly addressing issues when required. /li libStructured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset /b. /li liStrong autonomy and ability to take bfull ownership of the IT environment /b. /li liExcellent ability to build and maintain beffective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and technology partners /b. /li liStrong focus on bsecurity, reliability and business continuity /b. /li liAbility to manage critical situations and bwork effectively under pressure /b. /li liFlexibility and willingness to adapt to the organization's operational requirements. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul libCCNL Metalmeccanico Industria /b /li libGross annual base salary in the range of €65,000–€70,000 /b, depending on the candidate's seniority, professional experience, technical skills and level of autonomy, together with a bvariable premio and additional benefits /b in line with company policies.
