The company's mission is "to take care and treat patients at home with expertise, ethics and devotion", developing services increasingly closer to the patient's needs.Job Description Summary Garantire assistenza infermieristica generale in risposta ai problemi di salutte degli utenti in carico a Medicasa; l'assistenza infermieristica preventiva, curativa, palliativa e riabilitativa è di natura tecnica, relazionale ed educativa. Garantire l'educazione sanitaria del Paziente; favorire e sostenere la partecipazione attiva nella determinazione delle decisioni terapeutiche.* Attuare interventi infermieristici specifici, autonomi e complementari di natura tecnica, relazionale ed educativi in linea con le attività previste dal PAI;* Garantire le attività assistenziali orientate alle esigenze dei pazienti considerando età, genere, condizioni di salute, fragilità fisiche/psichiche e tenendo conto delle specificità religiose etniche e linguistiche;* Garantire l'educazione terapeutica all'Assistito e al care giver;* Agire secondo le Linee Guide Internazionale e le Procedure definite da Medicasa;* Garantire il corretto utilizzo dei materiali e dispositivi messi a disposizione da Medicasa e corretto stoccaggio a casa dell'assistito* Garantire l'identificazione e la pianificazione degli obiettivi assistenziali e verifica il monitoraggio degli outcome clinici;* Garantire la corretta tenuta della documentazione sanitaria ed amministrativa utilizzando la Cartella Clinica informatizzata.* Partecipare alle riunioni di Team organizzate in Centrale Operativa;* Garantire la redazione delle relazioni sanitarie periodiche e se richieste dall'area sanitaria;* Partecipare alle riunioni indette dalla centrale operativa, dai distretti sanitari;* Attestato BLSD in corso di validità* Disponibilità di tempo ed orari non fissi* Conoscenza del personal computer e dei principali software applicativi* Idoneità fisica all’impiego* Automunito* Disponibilità agli spostamenti sul territorio regionale* Documentata esperienza in attività domiciliari e con pazienti pediatrici**Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
