ppWe are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established international company operating in the automotive sector, for a Junior Accountant position based in the Saronno area, north-west of Milan. /ph3The Role /h3pAs a Junior Accountant, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and compliant accounting in line with Local GAAP and Group GAAP. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international finance teams, gradually developing towards independent responsibility for accounting and closing activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3h3Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger) /h3ulliPerform daily banking postings and reconciliations /liliPost customer invoices and credit notes /liliMonitor outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities /liliPrepare and send monthly customer statements /liliHandle customer account queries (invoices, proof of delivery, statements) /liliMaintain customer master data and credit limits in SAP /li /ulh3Accounts Payable (Purchase Ledger) /h3ulliPost expense and stock invoices, including intercompany invoices /liliPrepare and process supplier and intercompany payments in line with agreed terms /liliMaintain vendor master data /liliControl purchase orders and ensure proper authorization /liliManage and post credit card and expense claims /liliHandle supplier and expense-related queries /li /ulh3Taxes, Payroll Statutory Reporting /h3ulliSupport payroll reconciliations and statutory payments /liliPrepare VAT returns and ensure timely submission and payment /liliPrepare Intrastat declarations (arrivals)
