transport engineering firms, and specialized subcontractors.Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.Approve major subcontracting decisions and negotiate key commercial terms.5. Governance, Compliance & Risk ControlEnsure all project activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and HSSE standards.Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for high‑risk cargo movements.Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks.6. Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor Industrial Projects Specialists, coordinators, and field teams.Build capability in heavy‑lift logistics, project planning, and operational excellence.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Required CompetenciesDeep expertise in multimodal project logistics, heavy‑lift operations, and chartering.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L.Advanced; knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles.Proficiency with logistics ERP systems (SAP, CargoWise, or similar).Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects under tight timelines.Job SummaryJob number: AV-375791
