The role acts as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring that all contracted services are delivered according to agreed standards, timelines, and budgets. /p pThis position manages the processes of operations including procurement vendor relations, contract administration, and guidance of future business opportunities. /p pThe OSPSG Director manages others within the department. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul lipManage the OSP Negotiations /p /li lipManage the Compensation Model ensuring timely design, updates, approvals and implementation. /p /li lipControl OSP costs through weekly forecasts, monthly reporting, cost deviation analysis and accrual oversight. /p /li lipLead OSP Business Plan preparation, ensuring accurate volumes, cost development, and cost‑saving initiatives. /p /li lipOversee legal compliance, contract updates,
monthly invoicing and internal OSP audits. /p /li /ul h3What you will need: /h3 ul lipStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /p /li lipStrong organization, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. /p /li lipAnalytical and financial skills. /p /li lipProactive, dynamic, and vendor‑strategy oriented approach. /p /li lipExperience managing complex operations and outsourced providers. /p /li lipAbility to innovate and adapt to market changes. /p /li lipGood understanding of freight operations and transport regulations. /p /li lipExperience in leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional activities will be highly valued. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul lipBachelor’s Degree - Logistics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field. /p /li lipStrong organizational and coordination skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills. /p /li lipProblem-solving and decision‑making abilities. /p /li lipbFluency in both Italian and English.
