It is known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, with a strong presence in global markets. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe next Operations Director reporting to the CEO will be responsible for the following activities: /p ul liDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all departments. /li liOversee daily operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and full alignment with the company's strategic objectives. /li liDirectly coordinate and manage four functional leaders (Production, Machining, Procurement, and Planning), fostering cross‑functional integration and managerial development across a workforce of 100+ headcount. /li liDesign and implement robust operational processes and best practices, with a strong focus on control, scalability, and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with C‑suite executives to drive business growth, profitability, and organisational performance. /li liMonitor and analyse operational and industrial KPIs, optimising resource allocation and supporting data‑driven decision‑making. /li liEnsure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing processes. /li liLead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams, promoting a culture centred on performance, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence. /li liManage budgets effectively and allocate resources to meet operational and strategic goals. /li liAnalyse financial and operational results,
