Our Genoa office is home to a small, ambitious, and fast-growing team with a clear vision: to become a leading player in the industry. /ppbr/ppAs we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to lead our operations team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day business. /ppbr/ppbYour Role /b /ppAs Operations Team Lead, you will oversee freight forwarding operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, and handling operational activities when needed. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead and manage the daily activities of the Operations department /liliSupport, coach, and develop a small team of operations professionals /liliActively participate in day-to-day operational activities, including import and export shipments /liliDrive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes and workflows /liliEnsure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations /liliMonitor operational performance and control costs while maintaining service quality /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, suppliers,
