Join the ASSA ABLOY’s Ditec team in Origgio, Italy, and experience our cooperative work culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. /p h3What you would do as our Planning Logistics Specialist /h3 pReporting to the relevant department manager, you will play a key role in planning purchasing activities and coordinating logistics operations with suppliers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials and shipments while helping business continuity through proactive problem-solving and effective supplier management. /p pYou would be also responsible for: /p ul liManaging purchasing planning activities and issuing purchase orders to assist production and business needs. /li liCoordinating with international suppliers, purchasing teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveries. /li liMonitoring supplier performance and following up on deliveries, proactively managing delays and urgent situations. /li liManaging inbound shipments, particularly from APAC suppliers, including coordination with freight forwarders and customs authorities. /li liMaintaining accurate shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with import/export and logistics processes. /li /ul h3The skills and experience you need /h3 pWe are looking for someone who: /p ul liHas 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics,



or a similar supply chain role within an international environment. /li liHas experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly across the APAC region, and is familiar with international transportation and customs processes. /li liHolds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liCommunicates fluently in Italian and has a good command of written and spoken English. /li liDemonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul pAdditional qualifications /p ul liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /li liExperience using AS400 is required. /li liHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe’re passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so you can continue and progress a lifelong career with us - here's what we have to offer: /p ul liEmployment under the Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
