pstrongAssistant Store Manager – Luxury RTW Store, Via Montenapoleone /strong /ppstrongSalary: up to €50,000 + Premio Benefits /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliSupport the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the boutique. /liliLead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. /liliDeliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring the highest luxury service standards. /liliDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in clienteling and CRM activities. /liliMonitor individual and team performance, analysing KPIs and implementing actions to drive business results. /liliEnsure the brand image, visual merchandising, and operational standards are consistently maintained. /liliAct as a role model and ambassador for the brand, representing its heritage, values, and identity. /liliSupport stock management, VM activities, and all operational procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliPrevious experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally within RTW. /liliProven experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager position, with strong team leadership skills. /liliStrong commercial mindset and solid understanding of KPIs and sales performance. /liliClient-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
