ppWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding retail network. /p pReporting to the Store Manager, you will support the daily management of the store, ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial performance, and excellence across all operational standards. You will act as a key point of reference for the store team, helping bring the brand’s values, service standards, and visual identity to life every day. /p h3bWhat you’ll do: /b /h3 ul lipSupport the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations and in achieving sales and performance targets. /p /li lipDeliver an outstanding, personalized client experience, building meaningful relationships and proactively supporting clienteling activities. /p /li lipWelcome clients with impeccable courtesy, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations through deep product knowledge. /p /li lipEnsure the store is always presented to the highest standards, in line with brand guidelines for visual merchandising, product display, windows, and overall ambience. /p /li lipSupport and guide the store team on the sales floor, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment. /p /li lipOversee sales transactions, returns, discounts, price adjustments, and payment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. /p /li lipMonitor stock levels, support replenishment activities, and coordinate merchandise flow between the sales floor and stockroom. /p /li lipSupervise deliveries, product tagging, stockroom organization, and back-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. /p /li lipMaintain accurate client information and purchase histories within the CRM, supporting the development of long‑term client relationships. /p /li lipHandle client concerns with professionalism and care, identifying effective solutions while protecting a positive brand image.
