With an international network of offices, Acquera combines local expertise with a global perspective to deliver high-quality yachting experiences. /p h3Role: /h3 pAs a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the Group Finance Team to monitor and evaluate the organization's financial performance. The role will cover a broad range of Finance activities, from day-to-day operations to strategic and ad hoc projects, with a particular focus on supporting the Group's international subsidiaries across the globe. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAnalyse and evaluate historical and current financial data to understand and manage the Group's financial performance; /li liManage all accounting operations (including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Consolidation, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition) across existing subsidiaries and potential acquisition targets; /li liCoordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances; /li liDevelop financial models to forecast business performance and profitability; /li liResearch technical accounting matters to ensure compliance and support the month-end and year-end closing processes; /li liCoordinate with external accountants,



auditors and other financial advisors across the Group's international subsidiaries; /li liAnalyse industry trends and relevant business data; /li liPrepare data-driven reports to support management decision-making; /li liSupport MA activities and the preparation of financial documentation for funding and financing processes. xysqume /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in consulting or finance environment, including experience in AFC within a multinational company, with a focus on controlling, budgeting and consolidation; /li liExperience in the service sector is preferred and will be considered a plus; /li liStrong knowledge of both general and analytical accounting; /li liSolid understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles; /li liAdvance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modelling; /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken; /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy; /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; /li liTeamwork and collaboration skills; /li liAvailability to travel internationally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
