IT agreements /li liTake care of corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters /li liManage data protection and privacy and other compliance matters (231, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, KYC) /li liProvide practical and timely legal support and business advice to all internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, IT, logistics, and HR) /li liSupport and assist the EMEA legal director in handling global initiatives and complex matters as needed /li /ul h3The profile /h3 ul liItalian law degree. Bar admission is considered a plus /li li5+ of professional experience gained at international law firm and/or in-house department; a combination of both is strongly preferred /li liFull professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered a plus /li liProven ability to draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents in a pragmatic way; must have the ability to provide rapid, practical, business-oriented advice directly to all business units; /li liExcellent team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a positive and proactive attitude /li liMust be self-reliant, hard-working, flexible, and organized /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liEmployment Type: Permanent Contract, full-time /li liSalary range: Eur 40,000 – 55,000 gross per year + premio + benefits /li liHybrid working 2 days per week /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
