ph3Job Title /h3pGlobal Supplier Product Quality Engineer /ph3Summary /h3pThe Global Supplier Product Quality Engineer provides global leadership for quality programs at Momentive's Tollers and Purchase for Resell (PFR) suppliers to ensure compliance with the Momentive Quality Management System (QMS) and customer quality requirements. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday. Please submit an English version of your resume when completing your application. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide leadership and guidance to Tollers and PFR suppliers in planning and executing their quality systems for required certification programs such as EFfCI, ISO, Halal, Kosher, RSPO, etc. /liliLead Toller and PFR supplier quality audits /liliEnsure product quality complaints on Toll/PFR materials are resolved with root cause and corrective actions identified. /liliWork with Tollers and PFR suppliers as well as Momentive Tolling, Technology and Analytical teams on defect identification and resolution. /liliEnsure Toll/PFR quality defects are resolved with root cause and corrective actions identified. /liliCoordinate with Tollers and PFR suppliers to ensure corrective actions are completed and effective. /liliEnsure Toll/PFR materials impacted by product quality defects are appropriately restricted in SAP and released when issues are resolved /liliAnalyze product quality trend data using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to proactively evaluate the quality of individual products and product groups. /liliProvide definition and guidance for the reduction or elimination of Toll/PFR defects to improve product quality performance. /liliInitiate/lead projects to proactively eliminate repeat product quality defects /liliIdentify the need to improve the accuracy of quality control methods for Toll/PFR materials and liaise with quality control for implementation /liliParticipate in Toll/PFR new product introductions (NPI) and serve as supplier quality representative on NPI post launch reviews /liliContribute to product quality relevant customer communications and requests as needed /liliServe as quality owner for Toll/PFR material master workflows /liliIdentify training needs at Tollers/PFR suppliers in terms of quality-related topics and forward to Global QMS Leader or provide the necessary training directly as appropriate /liliRepresent product quality on regulatory/risk/specification reviews /liliInitiate Management of Change (MOC)/Process Change Notification (PCN)



for Toll/PFR material product specification changes /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field of study. /liliAt least 3 years in a Chemical Manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or process engineering role. /liliExperience in the definition, planning and management of product defect investigations using a variety of root cause/corrective action tools and methodologies. /liliAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization and in cross-cultural environments with both peers and senior leadership. /liliWilling to facilitate/attend calls on off-hours. /liliGood verbal and written communication skills in English. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite. /liliGood Excel and Minitab skills for data analysis. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or process engineering role. /liliDemonstrated proficiency with Cause Map tool preferred. /liliContinuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) or other project management certification. /liliKnowledgeable of Quality Standards, including ISO, TS, FDA, RSPO, IATF, etc. /liliRecognized as a strong customer advocate. /liliCertified, or ability to achieve Lead Auditor Certification. /liliEffective interpersonal skills, including good listening ability and the capability to convince others to establish or change precedents. /liliAnalytical thinking expertise coupled with outstanding presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills. /liliAble to manage multiple tasks effectively using prioritization techniques to ensure timely response to internal and external customer requests. /liliExpert knowledge of SAP QM functional module, and Master Data. /lili#LI-AW1 /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pBase Pay Range: €41,300 - €60,610 Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills,



and geographic location. Where applicable, country-specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process in line with local pay transparency regulations. This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation. Any such incentives are governed by the terms of the Company’s applicable plans and are based on company performance and/or individual performance.
