The Senior Process Engineer will play a key role in process design, optimization, and project execution, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our energy assets. #LI-MB4 /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3ulliLead and execute process engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept studies to FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning, and operational support. /liliDevelop and review key process engineering deliverables, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Heat Material Balances, Process Datasheets, Cause Effect Diagrams, Process Descriptions, and Operating Philosophies. /liliPerform and supervise process simulations, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, flare and relief system studies, and other process design analyses using industry-standard software tools. /liliEnsure all process engineering deliverables comply with project requirements, applicable codes and standards, company procedures, and client specifications. /li /ulh3Provide Technical Leadership and Expertise /h3ulliAct as the technical focal point for process engineering within multidisciplinary project teams. /liliProvide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior and intermediate process engineers. /liliReview, validate, and approve engineering calculations, design documents, and technical reports. /liliSupport proposal preparation, scope definition, man-hour estimation, and technical bid evaluations. /li /ulh3Deliver Excellence in Energy Transition and Industrial Projects /h3ulliLead process engineering activities for projects related to Oil Gas, LNG, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture Storage (CCS), Power Generation, and other energy transition initiatives.



/liliContribute to the development of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions that enhance project value and operational performance. /liliEvaluate alternative technologies and process configurations to optimize safety, operability, efficiency, and lifecycle costs. /li /ulh3Process Optimization and Operational Support /h3ulliConduct process assessments, debottlenecking studies, troubleshooting activities, and performance improvement initiatives. /liliSupport plant start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and operational troubleshooting. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency, energy consumption, reliability, and environmental performance. /li /ulh3Ensure Process Safety and Regulatory Compliance /h3ulliIntegrate process safety principles into all engineering activities. /liliParticipate in or lead HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and other risk assessment studies. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable international standards, industry best practices, environmental regulations, and client requirements. /liliSupport the development of safe and operable plant designs through the application of recognized engineering practices. /li /ulh3Collaborate with Stakeholders and Drive Project Delivery /h3ulliWork effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams. /liliInterface with clients, vendors, licensors, and external stakeholders on technical matters. /liliProvide clear and effective communication of engineering solutions, project risks, and recommendations. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the development of engineering best practices across the organization. /li /ulh3bEducation /b /h3pMaster’s Degree in Chemical Engineering /ph3bQualifications /b /h3ulliMandatory requirement:Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) /lili+8 years of experience in process engineering within the energy industry.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€40,000 and €50,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
