Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..br/Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at /ph3Job Description /h3ulliManage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements. /liliSupport contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management. /liliIdentify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests. /liliCoordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities. /liliAdvise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters,
