Working with a high level of autonomy, you will ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality project execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers. #LI-MT3 /p pbMandatory requirement: /bbRegistered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) /b /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul liDesign, analyze and verify building structures, ensuring safety, functionality and compliance with applicable codes and standards. /li liPerform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard engineering software. /li liPrepare engineering deliverables, including calculation reports, technical specifications and construction drawings. /li liDevelop practical and innovative engineering solutions throughout the design and construction phases. /li /ul pbTechnical Leadership Coordination /b /p ul liCoordinate structural engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams. /li liProvide technical guidance, mentoring and support to junior and mid-level engineers. /li liCollaborate closely with the Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to ensure successful project delivery /li /ul pbQuality Compliance /b /p ul liEnsure all engineering activities comply with RINA's Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulations and client requirements.
/li liReview technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant standards. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote engineering best practices /li /ul pbClient Site Support /b /p ul liLiaise with clients, consultants and contractors on structural engineering matters. /li liParticipate in technical meetings, design reviews and site inspections. /li liProvide engineering support during construction, helping resolve structural issues and ensuring design intent is correctly implemented. /li liContribute to structural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings when required. /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul libMandatory requirement: /bbRegistered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) /b /li liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering /li libat least 5 years of professional experience /bin the structural design of buildings and civil engineering projects /li liProven experience in thebdesign and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structures /b /li liStrong knowledge of structuralbanalysis /bmethods andbFEM /bsoftware /li liSolid understanding ofbconstruction materials, structural behaviour and applicable design codes /b /li liExperience preparingbstructural calculations, engineering reports and technical documentation /b /li liAbility to develop safe,
