This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact within a global leader in sustainable design and engineering. /ppbr / /ppstrongRole accountabilities: /strong /pulliManagement of the entirety of the Building Contracts. /liliVisit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the /liliContractor and other contractors undertaking the project. /liliProvide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc /liliAdvise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only). /liliDiscuss the adjusted contract sum (final account) with the Contractor. /liliAgree with client the authorisation to the adjusted contract sum. /liliManage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project /liliteam. Analyse and report on the Contractor’s losses and expenses claims.
/liliAdvise on the Contractor’s entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor’s application(s) for extensions of time. /liliPrepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation etc /liliOverview document management in order store all relevant correspondence and Documents, and which is to be accessed by all stakeholders /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Experience: /strong /pulliAt least 10 years of working experience in similar roles and/or international companies. /liliExcellent knowledge of English and Italian language (B2/C1). /liliFidic Contract knowledge is a must. /liliA degree in Engineering is a strong plus. /liliA previous experience in the Data Center sector will be considered a strong plus. /liliAbility to travel autonomously is a must. /liliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliAvailable to travel domestically around 80% of the time. /liliFrequent presence on-site will be requested.
