ppThis position is located in the Bowling Section of the Business Activities Branch, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella, Italy. The purpose of this position is to plan and carry out a comprehensive bowling program to meet the needs of eligible patrons. /ppThree (3) years of general experience, one (1) year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4/NF-2, OR a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree in any field OR a combination of required experience and education. /ppbGeneral Experience /b is experience gained in an administrative responsible work that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions, plan and organize work, communicate effectively orally and in writing, leading or supervising others. /ppbResumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) as they relate to this position. /pulliKnowledge of business management practices and methods to manage a small business or recreation facility /liliKnowledge of equipment used in Bowling programs /liliKnowledge of marketing techniques to include marketing strategies, customer trend analysis, price analysis and retail display /liliKnowledge of beverage sales and procurement /liliKnowledge of cost of goods and how it impacts revenues /liliKnowledge of sanitation requirements and ability to obtain a food handler's certification /liliAbility to develop and enforce various controls and methods to prevent inventory shortages and losses /liliKnowledge of effective profit/loss accounting techniques and budget formation and execution /liliKnowledge of personnel programs, training methodology and effective supervisory techniques /liliCommunication skills, both orally and in writing /liliSupervisory or managerial skills and abilities to perform the full range of supervisory duties /liliSkill in interpersonal relationships in guiding and controlling day-to-day work operations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
