This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, lead high-impact initiatives, and contribute to shaping the future product pipeline and business outcomes of IA. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /ppstrongProject Initiating /strong /pulliDefine the project scope together with the team and prepare the project charter to align everyone with the main objectives. /liliForm the project team in collaboration with the relevant departments. /liliIdentify both internal and external stakeholders and establish an effective communication management plan.
/li /ulpstrongProject Planning /strong /pulliIdentify potential risks and develop an appropriate risk mitigation plan. /liliSupport cost evaluation and the preparation of the capital budgeting model (Project Sustainability Analysis). /liliDevelop the project schedule and effectively communicate it to both internal and external stakeholders. /liliProvide top management with an overview of the project’s key risks and opportunities during the Gate Review. /li /ulpstrongProject Executing /strong /pulliLead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with team efforts. /liliEnsure achievement of key milestones: prototype, pre-series, and SOP. /liliGuarantee overall project targets are met (timeline, profitability, quality). /liliIdentify and implement corrective actions to address deviations from baseline. /li /ulpstrongProject Monitoring /strong /pulliCollect, analyze, and report deviations from baseline targets (scope, risks, schedule, profitability, quality). /liliProvide both individual project updates and overall program overviews to keep top management informed on plan status. /liliConduct regular alignment meetings with the team to monitor project progress.
/li /ulpstrongProject Closing /strong /pulliFollow up on the project launch for several months after SOP implementation to support departments involved in the series production phase, if needed. /liliConduct lessons learned meetings and prepare the related documentation. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Management/Industrial Engineering. /lili2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. /liliPrevious experience in the mechanical or industrial sector is preferred. /liliGood knowledge of ERP systems is considered a plus. /liliProject management skills. /liliEnglish proficiency at least at B1 level. /liliProactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to take initiative. /liliResult-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving objectives. /liliHumility and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and work effectively within a team. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /strong /ppThe annual compensation range for this position is strong€ 35,000 - € 40,000 /strong, with additional benefits. /ppThis compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility. /ppAdditional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process. /ppstrongLocation: Calderara di Reno. /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppemWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
