ph3Role responsibilities /h3 ul li1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 10 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 5 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition. /li liOr /li liDiploma in Mechanical engineering and minimum 15 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 8 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition. /li li2. Certified lead auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 /li li3. Knowledge of API 5B Threading, Gauging, and Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line Pipe Threads and internal verification of Threading, Gauging, and Inspection gauges. /li li4.



Knowledge of preparation of Quality assurance plan, process sheet, quality management system procedure, Work Instruction, manufacturing quality procedure certificate of conformation. /li li5. Knowledge of internal audit planning , performing , monitoring /li li6. Knowledge of risk assessment, contingency plan, corrective action, data and trend analysis, MOC and MRM. /li li7. Knowledge of ASTM standards /li li8. Knowledge of maintaining quality management system in accordance with API Q1. /li li9. Knowledge of calibration and mechanical testing /li li10.
