Would you like to play a key role in shaping the future of aircraft maintenance technicians within a highly specialized and growing training environment? /p pAEA Training Organization, an expanding EASA Part-147 approved training organisation, is looking for a B1.1 Basic Training Instructor to join our team. /p pWe are seeking motivated professionals who are eager to share their technical expertise, inspire future aviation professionals, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality aviation training. /p h3Your Role: /h3 pAs a member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting both theoretical and practical training activities in accordance with approved EASA requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDeliver theoretical and/or practical training modules for the B1.1 Basic Training Course in accordance with the approved syllabus. /li liEnsure all training content complies with EASA Part-66, Part-147 requirements, and internal organisational procedures. /li liDevelop, update, and improve training materials and examination content in collaboration with the Training Manager. /li liAssess students through written tests, practical evaluations, and official examinations. /li liMonitor student progress and maintain accurate training records. /li liProvide constructive feedback and guidance to support student development. /li liAssist with examination planning, administration, and coordination. /li liMaintain a safe, effective, and engaging learning environment during practical sessions. /li liManage and maintain practical training facilities, equipment, and instructional resources. /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For: /h3 h3Preferred Qualification for Theoretical Instructors: /h3 ul liDegree in Aeronautical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. /li /ul h3Requirements for Theoretical and Practical Instructors - Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria: /h3 ul liHold an EASA Part-66 B1.1, B1.2, or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (current or expired). /li liHold a Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence. /li liHave a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in aircraft maintenance and technical training delivery. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liStrong knowledge and understanding of EASA Part-66 and Part-147 regulations. /li liProven experience delivering technical training within the aviation industry (e.g., aviation instructor, technical trainer, vocational education teacher, or corporate trainer). /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liGood command of written and spoken English, including aviation technical terminology. /li liA genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, particularly young learners and future aviation professionals. /li /ul h3Why Join AEA Training Organization? /h3 pWe offer more than just a job.
