/b /p ul liCollect, manage and analyze online payments data to identify key trends, patterns and scenarios /li liUtilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Power BI/Looker) to present findings effectively /li liGenerate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs as well as ad hoc analysis aimed to support C-Level decisions /li liIdentify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancement based on data /li liWork with product development teams to implement data-driven improvements /li liManage, monitor and control online payments volumes and costs, online payment platforms and systems performances /li liCollaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal etc. to ensure operational excellence is achieved /li /ul pbThe type of person we are looking for: /b /p ul liProven experience in Data Analytics preferably within a structured e-commerce organization /li liProficiency in data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI/Looker/Microstrategy) /li liProficient knowledge of MS Excel and Google Suite /li liExperience in database management (SQL), ETL and data modeling /li liDegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred.
Economics and Business backgrounds are also welcome /li liExcellent level of written and spoken English and Italian is mandatory /li li2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, advisory or system integration consultancy /li liSelf-driven and delivery-focus with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders /li liUnderstanding of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms, fraud management and antifraud tools is a plus /li /ul p1. Starting annual gross base salary: €33.000.
