- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 0600-1400/ 1400-2200
- Overtime available if required
- Up to €250 travel expenses at start/end of contract

About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Composite Laminators to support ongoing production activities in Venagono, Italy. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality composite components in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform composite laminating tasks including wet layup and related processes
- Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain safe and clean working practices
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (wet layup experience required)
- Ability to work shifts as required
- Must speak Italian, English or Spanish
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Previous aerospace composite experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
