The successful candidate will work closely with customers, account teams, partners, and internal technical resources to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco networking solutions. /ppbr/ppThis is a customer-facing technical role that requires strong expertise in bRouting Switching /b, combined with experience in at least one additional Cisco technology domain, preferably bCisco SD-WAN or Cisco SD-Access (SDA) /b. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate will have strong network design and troubleshooting capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer business and technical requirements into effective network solutions. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDesign, implement, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco networking products, services, and solutions for customer environments. /liliWork directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements and translate them into practical network architectures and solutions. /liliProvide technical expertise throughout the planning, deployment, implementation, migration, and optimization phases of customer projects. /liliTake ownership of assigned technical tasks and project deliverables, ensuring successful implementation within agreed timelines and quality standards. /liliDevelop and review network design documentation, including bHigh-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), implementation plans, migration plans, and change management plans /b. /liliDiagnose and resolve complex network issues across Cisco networking environments, acting as an initial technical point of contact for assigned customer engagements. /liliApply advanced troubleshooting methodologies to identify root causes and provide efficient, sustainable solutions to customer issues. /liliBuild and utilize test environments and network simulations to validate configurations, resolve complex technical problems, and identify compatibility issues before production implementation. /liliConfigure and deploy Cisco networking technologies using appropriate software tools and platforms. /liliSupport network migrations, technology transitions, upgrades,
and optimization initiatives while minimizing customer impact. /liliCollaborate with Cisco account teams, partners, and other technical specialists to develop and deliver appropriate customer solutions. /liliProvide technical input and recommendations to Sales teams during presales activities and solution development. /liliSupport the development of technical proposals and contribute to solution design based on customer requirements. /liliCreate and deliver customer-facing technical documentation, presentations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and other project collateral. /liliCapture and share implementation methodologies, technical best practices, lessons learned, and reusable solutions with the broader technical community. /liliContribute to the development of technical intellectual property, including scripts, automation tools, templates, and other digital assets where applicable. /liliEnsure that all technical deliverables are aligned with customer business objectives and expected outcomes. /liliMaintain a strong customer focus and build effective relationships with technical and business stakeholders. /liliFollow company policies, processes, methodologies, and professional services standards while ensuring high-quality customer delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppRequired Qualifications Experience /pulliBachelor's degree in bComputer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field /b, or equivalent practical experience. /lilib3–6 years of relevant professional experience /b in network engineering, consulting, implementation, or professional services. /liliStrong and proven knowledge of bRouting Switching (RS) /b technologies. /liliSolid hands-on experience in bnetwork design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting /b. /liliExperience with at least one additional Cisco technology, preferably: /lilibCisco SD-WAN /b /lilibCisco SD-Access (SDA) /b /liliStrong understanding of enterprise networking concepts,
architectures, and protocols. /liliHands-on experience working with Cisco networking products and technologies. /liliDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot moderately complex networking problems and evaluate multiple possible technical solutions before determining the appropriate approach. /liliExperience working in customer-facing technical environments is highly preferred. /lilibCCNP certification or higher is required. /b /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliFluent in bItalian and English /b. /li /ulpbr/ppPreferred Skills /pulliExperience delivering Cisco networking solutions within enterprise customer environments. /liliExperience with network migrations, technology transitions, and large-scale implementations. /liliKnowledge of Cisco network automation and scripting. /liliExperience creating HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, and change management documentation. /liliExperience working with Cisco Professional Services or similar consulting environments. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams. /liliStrong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulpbr/ppWhat You Will Do /ppIn this role, you will combine deep technical networking expertise with customer-facing consulting skills.
