About the roleProvide overall leadership and accountability for IT across one complex site or multiple sites. Act as the primary IT partner to site leadership,



ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT strategy, effective service delivery, and sustained compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end accountability: own end-to-end IT delivery and operations for assigned site(s), including quality, risk, compliance, business continuity (resilience, incident response and crisis management), cost control, and performance.
- Business partnership: act as IT Business Partner to the Site Director and Site Leadership Team, representing IT in site governance and tiered accountability forums.
- Digital strategy and roadmap: define, maintain, and deliver a site IT roadmap aligned with site priorities, QSCP strategy, enterprise standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Business value: translate site requirements into clear demand for central IT, influencing prioritisation, investment decisions, and delivery plans.
- Leveraging shared services: partner with IT
