Evaluate how Power Electronics could fit in small, medium and large Power Transformers and identify all possibilities of application.

Be our speaking voice on these topics for discussions with other groups of Hitachi specialized in power electronics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics.
Drive innovation by contributing to technology roadmap and strategy in related field.
Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and support knowledge transfer.
Identify leading third parties in Power Electronics and engage with external stakeholders (customers, universities, research centers) to foster partnerships and promote technical excellence.
Identify and manage potential risks associated with R&D; projects and contribute to risk management in your organization.
We are looking for an MS degree in Electrical engineering or relevant engineering branch. (PhD in Electronics or Industrial Engineering will be valuable).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Electronics in R&D;, engineering, or academic research.
Former experience in Solid State Transformers will be valuable.
