Role & responsibilities
- 1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 10 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 5 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition.
- Or
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering and minimum 15 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 8 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition.
- 2. Certified lead auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- 3. Knowledge of API 5B Threading, Gauging, and Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line Pipe Threads and internal verification of Threading, Gauging, and Inspection gauges.
- 4.



Knowledge of preparation of Quality assurance plan, process sheet, quality management system procedure, Work Instruction, manufacturing quality procedure & certificate of conformation.
- 5. Knowledge of internal audit planning , performing , monitoring
- 6. Knowledge of risk assessment, contingency plan, corrective action, data and trend analysis, MOC and MRM.
- 7. Knowledge of ASTM standards
- 8. Knowledge of maintaining quality management system in accordance with API Q1.
- 9. Knowledge of calibration and mechanical testing
- 10. Knowledge of profile projector operation.
