Process Engineer - Mirandola, Italy

I'm currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team on a long-term freelance contract.

The opportunity
Location:

Mirandola, Italy
Contract:

15 months
Start:

ASAP
Work pattern:

Full-time, 5 days onsite
Italian speaking required

We're looking for experience in:
Process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Process start-up, industrialisation and validation
FAT, SAT, OQ & PQ execution
Writing and executing validation protocols
Process improvement and manufacturing troubleshooting
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Statistical process analysis including

Minitab, DOE, CpK, PpK & Gage R&R;
Manufacturing technologies such as plastics, moulding, ultrasonic welding, bonding, leak testing or vision systems

Experience within

medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment

would be highly beneficial.
