Sales Field Specialist

Yuwell is looking for a Sales Field Specialist to strengthen our commercial presence across Southern Italy.

This is a field-based sales role with a strong clinical and product component. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, respiratory departments and sleep centres, using product demonstrations, clinical education and product trials to drive adoption and create sustainable business opportunities.

What you will do
Territory & Business Development
- Develop Yuwell's presence and customer base across Southern Italy.
- Identify and map key hospitals, respiratory departments, sleep centres and healthcare professionals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with pneumologists, sleep specialists, physiologists, nurses and other relevant HCPs.
- Identify new customers, centres and commercial opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, purchasing dynamics and local market developments.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to convert opportunities into sustainable business.




- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within your territory.

Clinical Engagement & Product Adoption
- Visit hospitals, clinics and specialist centres regularly.
- Present and demonstrate Yuwell's respiratory and sleep-care solutions, including CPAP, BiLevel, masks and oxygen concentrators .
- Organise product demonstrations, sampling activities and product trials.
- Support HCPs during product evaluation and initial use.
- Provide practical product support, including application guidance and mask fitting.
- Follow up on demonstrations and trials to support continued adoption.
- Gather structured customer and HCP feedback and share relevant insights internally.
- Use clinical engagement to identify and develop commercial opportunities.

HCP Education & Training
- Deliver product and application training to healthcare professionals.
- Organise educational meetings, workshops and demonstrations.
- Support local clinical education initiatives.
