Your RoleAs a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead,
you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

- Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
