The British School Group is now seeking an experienced Director of Studies to lead our school in Montesacro on a full-time basis. His/Her primary focus will be the effective management of our teaching staff and the optimization of student and client relations.

The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate is an academic leader with a proven track record in team management and customer care within the EFL sector. Exceptional interpersonal skills required for motivating the team and ensuring high student satisfaction. Additionally, he/she demonstrates a strong commercial acumen and can recognize opportunities to drive student retention,



promote our courses, and support the school's growth.
Requirements
- Minimum CELTA qualification (or equivalent) is strictly mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Director of Studies or in a similar academic leadership role
- Native English speaker with at least a B2 level of Italian
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution skills. xbvzest
- Excellent customer service mindset with a business-oriented aptitude for client retention.

The offer includes a regular full-time permanent contract (CCNL ANINSEI) and paid holidays .
